Spays and Neuters

We recommend spay/neuter surgery for your pet sooner rather than later.  Spaying and neutering not only decreases the number of kittens and puppies who may have trouble finding a good home, it is also the healthiest choice for your pet.  Pets who have been spayed or neutered are less likely to stray from home (exposing them to dangers from traffic), less likely to fight with and possibly be injured by other animals, and less likely to develop serious medical conditions such as prostate enlargement, pyometra (infection of the uterus), and certain cancers.
